We are thrilled to introduce Jerry Ball, who will be leading our Ideal Security & Executive Protection Systems teams. A Fort Worth native and TCU Alumni, Jerry has embarked on a remarkable career dedicated to safeguarding others and pioneering excellence in security services.

During his 15 years in the U.S. Secret Service, he held pivotal roles including a year at the Fort Worth Office, a distinguished four-year term at the White House, and a decade-long contribution at the Oklahoma City Field Office.

Transitioning into the private sector, Jerry’s leadership shone brightly during his 40-year tenure as Vice President of Security for Burnett Companies. He also founded and managed Executive Protective System, a distinguished division within Burnett Companies.

Ideal Partners’ recent acquisition of EPS has brought great excitement, with Jerry at the helm, spearheading our mission to provide cutting-edge security solutions to our valued customers. This merger of EPS and Ideal Security promises a brighter future for our clients, partners, and employees.

Beyond his corporate role, Jerry’s commitment to public service spanned 30 years as a Reserve Police Officer for Westover Hills PD in Texas, demonstrating a steadfast commitment to community safety.

On a personal front, Jerry celebrates 55 years of marriage, cherishing a profound partnership and the joys of raising a daughter and nurturing two beloved grandsons. When not immersed in security, he finds solace in pursuits such as biking, fishing, hunting, and ensuring the safety of his local church.

Jerry’s impressive credentials are a testament to his dedication. He holds esteemed certifications as a State Certified Instructor for both classroom and gun range settings, along with accreditation as a Personal Protection Officer in the State of Texas.

In his current role as the Director of Operations at Ideal Security and EPS, Jerry’s focus is on nurturing and elevating the Security Division. His aspiration is to elevate it into the preeminent electronic Security Provider in the dynamic Fort Worth & Dallas marketplace. Jerry’s leadership and expertise are poised to bring our security services to new heights.
