Position: Dispatcher

Ideal Partners, a growing company based in southwest Fort Worth, is seeking a Dispatcher to support multiple divisions including Pest Control, HVAC, Fire Sprinkler, Alarm, and Security. This is a key role in helping streamline operations and ensure top-tier service delivery across our service lines.

Dispatcher duties will include:
- Receive and manage incoming service requests from customers
- Create and manage work orders in the ERP system
- Schedule technicians and coordinate service routes
- Process completed service tickets and ensure timely data entry
- Update customer records and support field techs as needed
- Order and track materials, manage vendor communication, and monitor inventory
- Interact regularly with customers, suppliers, technicians, and internal teams
Dispatcher background should include:
- Experience with dispatching or coordinating field service operations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and scheduling software
- Familiarity with ERP systems and QuickBooks
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus, but not required
Summary
As a Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in coordinating and supporting service operations across several business units. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll leverage your dispatching, scheduling, and communication skills to help ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and technician efficiency.
