Overview:
We’re currently hiring a Pest Control Customer Service Representative to support our daily operations in a fast-paced pest control office. If you’ve worked in the pest control industry and understand the flow of scheduling technicians, managing customer expectations, and handling pest-related service calls — we want to hear from you!
As a Pest Control Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the main point of contact for our customers and technicians. Your role will be to handle inbound calls, schedule appointments, coordinate technician routes, and make sure every pest control service is completed smoothly and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from customers needing pest control service
- Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians based on availability, service type, and route
- Communicate with customers regarding ETAs, updates, and follow-ups
- Update and maintain accurate customer records using dispatch software
- Coordinate daily with field technicians to ensure efficient service delivery
- Support the team with light invoicing, rescheduling, and customer account updates
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 + years of experience in dispatch, preferably in the pest control industry
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills
- Clear, calm, and professional communication with both customers and techs
- Experience with dispatch software or pest control CRM platforms
- Dependable, organized, and a team player
This is an in-person role, and candidates must be able to commute to or relocate to Fort Worth, TX 76116 before starting.
