What You’ll Be Doing:
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of commercial HVAC systems
- Working with equipment such as:
- Package units, split systems (<5 ton and >5 ton)
- Chillers (air & water-cooled), boilers, and hydronic fan coils
- VRF and communicating systems
- Exhaust fans, heaters, pumps, and refrigeration units
- BAS controls and remote access systems
- Cooling towers and more
- Performing full system changeouts, retrofits, and upgrades
- Conductingaccurate heat load calculations and designs
- Handling preventive maintenance and comprehensive system inspections
- Installing and troubleshooting thermostats and control apps
- Working with duct systems – flex, rigid, and sheet metal – ensuring peak performance and airflow
Who We’re Looking For:
- Experienced HVAC technician with a strong grasp of commercial systems
- Confident in diagnosing complex issues and executing repairs
- Familiar with heat load design, changeouts, and BAS controls
- Skilled with ductwork – sheet metal experience is a major plus
- Communicates clearly with customers and teammates
- Self-motivated, reliable, and takes pride in doing clean, code-compliant work
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Sheet metal fabrication or install experience
- Strong references from past supervisors or customers
- A knack for mentoring junior techs or training apprentices
