As an Estimator specializing in Fire Protection Systems to include sprinklers, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to enhance safety and security. This individual will provide quotes for the installation and service of fire sprinkler systems. Your responsibilities will extend to preparing quotations for fire sprinkler systems, service work, and repair & maintenance projects.
Fire Sprinkler Estimator Key Responsibilities:
- Review construction plans and specifications to prepare fire sprinkler cost estimates with specific design parameters.
- Prepare comprehensive quotations for fire sprinkler systems, service work, and repair & maintenance projects.
- Demonstrate strong communication, computer, and analytical skills.
- Continuously develop expertise in project planning, oversight, and follow-through.
Fire Sprinkler Estimator Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Texas regulations for plan submittals, license applications, and permit acquisitions.
- Strong communication, computer, and analytical skills.
- Ongoing commitment to professional development in project planning and oversight.
- Extensive knowledge of NFPA codes and standards.
- Minimum 2+ years of direct experience.
- Nicet Certification is a plus.
